While the DOL rules address Federal notices, it's important to remember that states have their own notice requirements.

Some ideas for staying compliant:
- Set updates and reminders as backgrounds for computer login pages.
- Update your company intranet and regularly communicate where notices and policies can be found.
- Require updated acknowledgments electronically through your HRIS.
- Make sure information is provided and acknowledgment is included in new hire on-boarding.
